Dream Design personnel teamed with campus officials, the Rapid City Police Department, the Mayor, and city council members to develop a plan to rejuvenate the half of the city block where Rocker Square I and II are now located. Dream Design purchased and developed the property… Old buildings have been removed from the properties thus improving the health, safety, and aesthetics of the area.
