The Liberty Plaza in Box Elder is a public-private partnership with the City of Box Elder, Pennington County, South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority, the State of South Dakota, and Dream Design. This development will enhance the quality of life for military personnel, their families, and residents of the Black Hills. As Box Elder’s new downtown, it will serve as a hub for the community, providing a range of amenities and services to meet the needs of its residents. The development is expected to catalyze economic growth and revitalize the I-90 corridor, providing new opportunities for businesses and entrepreneurs.
