Homestead Garden Apartment complex features 152 residential units in Rapid City, South Dakota.
One of Dream Design International’s first development projects was the Homestead Garden Apartment complex, completed in 2006. The team recognized the high demand for quality apartments in the area and set out to create a welcoming and comfortable living space for residents. One of the standout features is the pool, an uncommon amenity for apartment complexes in Rapid City at the time.
