South Dakota One Stop is Going Vertical
February 28, 2024The State of South Dakota One Stop in Sioux Falls, South Dakota has officially transitioned to the vertical construction phase, and we couldn’t be prouder of this partnership with the state.
Dream Design collaborated with McGough and CO-OP Architecture to diligently lay the groundwork for the construction of this 283,000-square-foot building. Months of planning, including designing, grading, utility installations, and footing preparations have set the stage for the next phase of this project. A phased construction approach will streamline the relocation of 13 state departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the new facility.
Departments set to move into the new building encompass a wide range, including:
- Bureau of Human Resources and Administration
